Scheduling salon services can be complicated at times because of specific application and processing times and other factors. Sometimes, even you may not be exactly sure exactly what you are looking for. Therefore, at Salonblu we prefer to speak with you personally when scheduling an appointment. Please call during business hours at 202-332-7774 to schedule an appointment. If we miss your call, please leave us a clear, detailed message and we will promptly return your call.
A credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required for first time appointment reservations.
Appointment Changes, Cancellations or No-Shows (missed appointments)
A 6-hour notice of any change or cancellation is required to avoid a $25 charge for same day changes, cancellation or no show. You may be asked to pay for the missed appointment if requested by your stylist. Cancellations or no shows on Saturdays will be charged 100% for the missed appointment before any future appointments can be scheduled.
We ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call ahead and let us know. You may be required to rebook for another day. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may be asked to reschedule the appointment and pay the $25 no-show fee.
