Scheduling salon services can be complicated at times because of specific application and processing times and other factors. Sometimes, even you may not be exactly sure exactly what you are looking for. Therefore, at Salonblu we prefer to speak with you personally when scheduling an appointment. Please call during business hours at 202-332-7774 to schedule an appointment. If we miss your call, please leave us a clear, detailed message and we will promptly return your call.

New Clients

A credit card (Visa or MasterCard)  is required for first time appointment reservations.

Appointment Changes, Cancellations or No-Shows (missed appointments)

A 6-hour notice is requested to avoid a 50% charge of your scheduled services for same day changes, cancellations or no shows.  NOTICE: Cancellations or no shows on Saturdays will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. You may be asked to provide your credit card information information prior to scheduling another appointment.

Late Arrivals

We ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time if possible. If you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call ahead and let us know. You may be required to rebook for another day. If you are 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and pay a $25 rebooking fee if we are unable to accommodate you on the same day.
