Scheduling salon services can be complicated at times because of specific application and processing times and other factors. Sometimes, even you the client may not be exactly sure exactly what you are looking for. Therefore, at Salonblu we prefer to speak with our clients when scheduling an appointment. Please call during business hours at 202-332-7774 to schedule an appointment. If we miss your call, please leave us a clear, detailed message and we will promptly return your call.
New Clients
New clients are required to guarantee first-time appointments with a Visa or Mastercard. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details relating to first-time clients.
Late Arrivals
Because we schedule appointments back-to-back with little or no time in between, we ask our clients to be on time for their appointments. However, we understand that sometimes due to traffic or weather, etc., this is not always possible. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule for another day if we cannot accommodate you the same day. If you reschedule for another day, Salonblu reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee only if your original appointment time cannot be filled.
Cancellations or No-Shows
If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow at least 3 hours notice so we may offer your appointment time to another client. New clients with same-day cancellations without sufficient notice or “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the missed appointment unless the appointment time can be filled by another client.
