Scheduling salon services can be complicated due to specific application and processing times as well as other factors. Sometimes, even you may not be exactly sure exactly what you are looking for. Therefore, at Salonblu we prefer to speak with you personally when scheduling an appointment. Please call during business hours at 202-332-7774 to schedule an appointment. If we miss your call, please leave us a clear, detailed message and we will promptly return your call.

New Clients

A credit card (Visa or MasterCard)  is required to book your first appointment.

Cancellations or No-Shows (missed appointments)

The management at Salonblu ask all clients to please honor the time of our stylists by making their appointments on time or cancel their appointments at least 24-hours in advance. For weekdays, a 24-hour notice is required to avoid a 50% charge of your scheduled services for cancellations without a 24-hour notice, or no shows (missed appointment). Cancellations or no shows without 24-notice on Saturdays will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. In addition, you may also be asked to provide your credit card information information prior to scheduling future appointments. Please note that cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance by speaking with the salon receptionist. Voice message cancellations left on the salon’s voice mail are not acceptable to cancel your appointment.

Late Arrivals

We ask you to arrive early for your appointment if possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and pay the applicable late fee(s), if we are unable to rebook you on the same day.
